I couldn’t be happier with the choice my girlfriend and I made coming over here. Very professional and a very kind hearted man. Cares for every customer and pet as if they are his own. Friendliest and cleanest service in this country. He truly is the best.

Unfortunately, I have had to use Jamie's services three time's in the past three month's. He is so compassionate and truly cares about his customers and their fur babies. You will NOT find better hands to leave you fur babies in! We can't give him a high enough recommendation.

I cannot say enough kind words about Jamie Pynes and about the warmth that he provided during such a difficult time losing our lab/chow. He made the process as simple as it gets and we knew our boy was in the safest hands he could be in.

Our beloved girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge recently and our vet gave us a form to fill out for the return of her ashes there was a spot to put her name so I added that. When I picked her up I was so moved at the beautiful urn and card with a bit of her fur. It is the loveliest remembrance I have ever seen.

We lost our little precious Tucker last week, and Jamie was so kind and compassionate! Gave us options without rushing us! Would highly recommend him to anyone that lost their fur baby!

On April 14th, our dear little Zoe headed off to the rainbow bridge. We were devastated. But, we got a call giving us peace and comfort knowing they were going to take care of our beloved pet. We picked up her ashes, along with a beautiful card and some hair neatly tucked away.

It's never easy to say goodbye that's for sure BUT honestly Jamie made this so simple. We didn't have to stress about affording it because it was EXTREMELY affordable, he took the time to acknowledge our grief and listened to us ramble. He didn't make us feel like we were bothering him, it was more like we were sharing with a friend. He genuinely cared.

Staff was very friendly, explained everything, and the services offered are VERY reasonable. I wish I had known about them before going through my vet in the past, and paying 3X more.
